Beautiful and fresh thank you!!

Flowers were gratefully received by my mum, very lovely flowers. However i specifically requested that they were delivered AFTER 10.30 this morning but they were delivered at 8.30! Although this is not a negative it would have been nice if they delivered as requested.

A lovely fresh bouquet beautifully presented and a lovely cupcake to boot, nice touch. Delivered by a very cheery chap, the whole experience was lovely for her. Beautiful Flowers and delivered very promptly

I’m living in n cork city ireland and I ordered flowers for three different families to be delivered to a crematorium in Southampton for a cremation last Wednesday, You came highly recommended and I trusted you to do a good job and you did send me confirmation of delivery with photos of what I ordered. Sadly it was my sisters cremation and we had a lot of family there who sent me a photo of one of the arrangements and it certainly wasn’t what I’d ordered ,we had special reasons for choosing what we did and were very disappointed you hadn’t done what you promised . We certainly won’t be using your services again as it seems if we were not there to see what was sent it didn’t matter they were wrong ........ Yours truly Marie Kerrigan
